    Logistics Customer Service Agent w/ Native level of French + Dutch or German

    Location: Barcelona


    Do you have experience in Customer Service and are you able to work in a constantly changing environment? If you have a native level of French, we have an amazing opportunity for you!


    Main Responsibilities:
    As a Logistics Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include:
    - Handling calls and emails from customers and quickly identifying their needs
    - Proactively maintaining customer accounts
    - Ensuring all orders are entered in the SAP system
    - Coordinating changes to deliveries and liasing with drivers
    - Be the first point of contact for emergency response


    Key Languages:
    - Native (or close-to-native) level of French and German or Dutch
    - Advanced level of English


    Core Skills / Experience:
    - Experience in Customer Service
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    - Ambitious and motivated candidate able to work under pressure
    - Ability to understand and respond proactively to client's needs
    - Knowledge of SAP is a plus
