• Logistics Customer Service Agent w/ Native Level of French + Dutch or German

    Location: Barcelona

    Do you have experience in Customer Service and are you able to work in a constantly changing environment? If you have a native level of French, we have an amazing opportunity for you!

    As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include:
    - Handling calls and emails from customers and quickly identifying their needs
    - Proactively maintaining customer accounts
    - Ensuring all orders are entered in the SAP system
    - Coordinating changes to deliveries and liasing with drivers
    - Be the first point of contact for emergency response

    Key Languages:
    - Native level of French
    - Business level of English
    - Fluency in German or Dutch

    Core Skills/Experience:
    - Experience in Customer Service
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    - Ambitious and motivated candidate able to work under pressure
    - Ability to understand and respond proactively to client's needs
    - Knowledge of SAP is a plus
