Our client is a Luxury Fashion e-commerce with more than 1000 international employees with offices located in London, New York, Sao Paulo, Moscow, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Porto, Lisbon & Guimaraes.
-Using a range of tools to interact with customers by email, phone and chat
-Understanding de prospective client's profiles and needs
-Being a professional intermediary between the company and its customers
-Strengthening relationship with developed client portfolios
-High Level of German (C1 and up)
-Full Professional Level of English
Core Skills / Experience:
-1 year of previous experience in customer service
-Interest in fashion brands
-Expertise in the use of IT systems (windows packages)
-Excellent listener and a strong communicator
-Ability to work under pressure
-A constant motivation for identifying and understanding the customer's needs
-Passionate and assiduous mindset
