As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include:
- Building a strong customer relationship through a prompt resolution to clients' issues regarding sales order and shipment status, product and services
- Using a range of tools to interact with customers by email and social media - at the same time developing great skills that will help boost your career as new media becomes more and more commonplace
- Strengthen relationship with developed client portfolios
- Being a back-up for the Customer Service and the Sales Support team
- Native level of French
- Fluent level of English
- Expertise in customer service or sales over the phone is a plus
- Excellent communicator who deeply cares about the customer experience
- Good team-player who radiates positivity in every interaction
- Active listener continually on the hunt for opportunities to delight
- Solid keyboard skills and an understanding of MS Office
