• Customer Service Representative w/ Native Level of French

    Main Responsibilities:
    As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include:
    - Building a strong customer relationship through a prompt resolution to clients' issues
    - Assisting customers giving them information, both in an oral way (phone) and in a writing way (email or chat)
    - Working directly in contact with the Operations Area to solve order issues
    - Developing strategies to provide the best customer support to clients
    - Supporting and advising brands on increasing their sales on the platform and optimizing the customer satisfaction
    - Providing information to brands about their sales and customers behaviours thanks to the data analysis


    Key Languages:
    - Native level of French
    - Professional level of English


    Core Skills / Experience:
    - Previous customer service experience (minimum 1 year)
    - Excellent communicator (verbal and written) who deeply cares about the customer experience
    - Customer oriented approach and analytical skills
