The company we are recruiting for is an international company focused on providing languages courses to international students. Our client is based in the city center of Barcelona. You can be part of an international and enthusiastic team. This job will include a variety of activities including managing your own sales pipeline. You will be in charge of providing a unique and personalized experience to each student. 


  • Native level of French
  • Full professional level of English

Main Responsibilities

  • Advise customers (phone, emails, online chat) about destinations, schools, adequate programs and visa
  • Manage your sales leads
  • Organize phone contacts and interviews requests with prospects
  • Create and follow up on quotes
  • Send brochures
  • Transform leads and opportunities into bookings
  • Update regularly your knowledge about our schools, destinations and sales techniques
  • Work closely with Student support referrals based in each school to confirm availability

Core Skills/experience

  • Degree in sales, marketing, tourism, or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of experience in Sales
  • Some junior experience in Customer Service, Sales, tourism, or any other industry that could be relevant would be an added advantage
  • Native/Fluent in French+ high level of English
  • Other languages would be a plus
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Positive thinker & flexible
