Our client is a leader in corporate travel management, with offices around the world. Right now we are looking for Travel Consultant to join a dynamic work environment.

This role is open to candidates with or without experience in the corporate travel industry. 


  • Native level of German
  • Full professional level of English

Main Responsibilities

  • Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
  • With your strong understanding of a client's travel policy, you will guide and consistently provide consultation to the customer
  • Provide the customer with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
  • Supporting the company and client driven initiatives
  • Managing the system by taking initiatives to improve the performance and reliability according to policies and procedures.

Core Skills/experience

  • Previous customer service experience is required (ideally in fast-paced environments)
  • Proven experience going above and beyond to provide an amazing service to help customers
  • Good prioritization and focus skills
  • Empathy - understand what our customers need
  • Knowledge of any GDS is a plus
