Main Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from entry to senior-level roles
  • Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to understand candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with client requirements
  • Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive experience
  • You'll be responsible for your own clients by building long-lasting, strong relationships, understanding their unique needs and providing expert guidance 
  • Being able to write creative job offers, manage our ATS, and maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database
  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships, to proactively identify and engage with potential tech candidates
  • Stay on top of recruitment trends and best practices

Core Skills/experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education 
  • Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment of technological profiles
  • Solid understanding of various technology stacks, programming languages, and industry-specific skillsets to effectively assess candidate capabilities
  • Ability to build successful relationships at all levels by utilizing a personable touch
  • Great written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A humble team player who inspires trust and is ready to take the initiative with a fun team
  • Genuine interest in the mission of Babel Profiles and being part of a team that comes up with innovative solutions
