They are currently looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Barcelona, and contribute to hiring talent, with a French market focus, as well as continually improve their selection process and the company’s best practices in recruitment.

Main Responsibilities

Be responsible for the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to closing vacancies
Ensure that all technical roles (such as electrician, field technician, engineers etc.) in the French market are filled promptly
Manage various channels for sourcing candidates, such as job boards and social media platforms
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens and coordinate and conduct technical assessments and interviews
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely and accurate communication to candidates
Act as the main liaison between the company and external recruitment agencies and job boards
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
Continuously suggest and implement improvements to the recruitment process as needed

Core Skills/experience

At least 1 year of Recruitment experience, with a proven track record of hiring technical professionals in France
In-depth knowledge of the French recruitment market, local trends and culture
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of open positions effectively in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable personality with excellent communication skills, able to interact with stakeholders at all levels
Proactive, self-starting attitude with a strong ability to work independently
Quick learner with a strong ability to absorb new information and processes
