Our client is a well-known multinational that supplies industrial gases to the manufacturing sector. From food packaging to eco-buses, their gases improve everything from the quality of our food to the air we breathe.

They are currently looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Paris, and contribute to hiring talent, with a French market focus, as well as continually improve their selection process and the company’s best practices in recruitment.

  • Professional level of English 
  • Professional level of German or Dutch is a plus

Main Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to closing vacancies
  • Ensure that all technical roles in the French market (such as electrician, field technician, engineers  etc.) are filled promptly
  • Manage various channels for sourcing candidates, such as job boards and social media platforms
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens and coordinate and conduct technical assessments and interviews 
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely and accurate communication to candidates
  • Act as the main liaison between the company and external recruitment agencies and job boards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
  • Continuously suggest and implement improvements to the recruitment process as needed

Core Skills/experience

  • At least 1 year of Recruitment experience, with a proven track record of hiring technical professionals in France
  • In-depth knowledge of the French recruitment market, local trends and culture
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of open positions effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable personality with excellent communication skills, able to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive, self-starting attitude with a strong ability to work independently
  • Quick learner with a strong ability to absorb new information and processes
