Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives, establishing and monitoring KPIs and metrics to measure its success
  • Lead, mentor and manage a team of 6 recruiters
  • Explore, implement, and optimize recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and to create a positive candidate experience
  • Design and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels
  • Collaborate with Ops managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and establish hiring criteria
  • Contribute to enhancing the employer brand, making the organization an attractive choice for top talent
  • Manage the TA budget, ensuring cost-effective recruitment strategies
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations in all aspects of the recruitment process
  • Contribute to succession planning efforts by identifying and developing internal talent and incorporating diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to maintain competitiveness in talent acquisition

Core Skills/experience

  • 5+ years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, ideally within the BPO sector 
  • Solid experience in managing and leading a recruitment team effectively 
  • Understanding and experience of the BPO industry, including its trends, challenges, best practices, cultural fit, and required roles
  • Direct knowledge in shaping and delivering effective short and long-term recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and retention initiatives
  • Awareness of labour laws and regulations related to recruitment, ensuring the organization complies with legal requirements
  • You are a team player, with a humble and positive mindset, and stellar communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders, team members, and candidates
  • You can adapt easily to the industry dynamics, and be flexible in adjusting the strategy accordingly to business needs 
  • You are a problem solver and an out-of-the-box thinker to keep optimizing the recruitment processes
