For our client, a world’s leading provider of digital printing solutions, we are currently looking for a System Administrator, a passionate, curious and driven team player who is ready to ignite ideas, push boundaries and drive innovation. 


  • Full professional level of English

Main Responsibilities

  • Support Desk: maintenance-developer and operational support for tickets: ticketing tool, reports, knowledgebase, training material, process documentation, ticket quality monitoring
  • POC for high, critical & medium tickets
  • Manage MS Azure Cloud environment, also the infrastructure related on a System Admin level,
  • Manage all rack-room implementations including switches configuration, SD-WAN implementations, firewalls,etc.. aligned with CIO
  • Align across IS department manage Servers: Windows and Linux based servers, ESX hosts, ERP servers, SQL servers, Web servers, Domain Controllers, DNS servers, etc
  • Aligned across IS department manage networks: DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls and routers configuration, general network issues troubleshooting, IP addressing, etc.
  • Maintain the License Management and Network assets 

Core Skills/experience

  • Hands-on and knowledge on Windows and Mac Operating Systems 
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, Azure cloud
  • Knowledge of DHCP, DNS and IP protocols
  • User account management for Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes, Distribution lists 
  • Remote desktop connectivity 
  • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Visio) 
  • Internet browsers (Explorer, Chrome, Firefox) 
  • VPN and remote dial-in applications 
  • Support for Lan-& Wan-network, laptop, desktops, and printers 
  • Microsoft SQL knowledge
