Main Responsibilities

  • Answer technical questions from customers and technicians in a timely manner and make sure their issues are resolved
  • Test company products and equipment as needed to ensure they are working properly
  • Report any quality problems to relevant staff to address
  • Provide technical assistance at company events
  • Train dealers and technicians on how to use company products
  • Help dealers and technicians with difficult repairs
  • Service and repair used company products
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the company's database

  • Previous experience working in the printer's industry as a Service Tech Support
  • Positive attitude towards customers and willingness to help
  • Good at selling and exceeding customer expectations
