We are a boutique recruitment agency that aims at creating a trusting and warm relationship with both clients and candidates. We use our “Babel Approach” to make an impact on the recruitment scenario in Barcelona. We do things differently and, for this reason, we are looking for a new Senior Recruitment Consultant who is not scared of taking on a new challenge and who wants to join our team, where people matter.

  • Native level of German, French, Italian, Dutch or Portuguese
  • Full Professional level of English

Main Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for your own clients and building long-lasting, strong relationships. We trust you and your skills!
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles from entry to senior-level roles, from sourcing new candidates to closing recruitment processes
  • Attract and engage the best talents for our clients by finding adequate profiles according to the client’s needs. We focus on quality, not quantity
  • Coach candidates during the recruitment process helping them identify best practices, and being their Go-To-Person when they require you
  • You will touch on different profiles, levels, and clients, creating your own network inside Barcelona & Spanish markets
  • Stay on top of recruitment trends and best practices

Core Skills/experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education 
  • Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment 
  • Approachable hands-on attitude who wants to learn more about the industry and continue developing their career in recruitment 
  • Ability to build successful relationships at all levels by utilizing a personable touch
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • A humble team player who inspires trust and is ready to take the initiative with a fun team
  • Genuine interest in the mission of Babel Profiles and being part of a team that comes up with innovative solutions
