They are looking for a Senior Recruiter Sales Specialist who is ready to start working for a three-month contract as a temporary replacement.

Main Responsibilities

  • Key Player: Take on the role of Talent Acquisition Sales Specialist, engaging in Field Sales and dive into Digital Sales in the EMEA sales team

  • Collaborate and Connect: Work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition team and the friendly HR team in the Barcelona office on a daily basis

  • Own the Recruitment Process: Manage your own set of vacancies from start to finish, including posting jobs, leading intake sessions, and handling the entire recruitment cycle

  • Advise and Strategize: Partner with internal clients to provide tailored recruitment strategies and approaches that meet their unique needs

  • Team Up for Success: Interact with Employer Branding, Marketing and many other teams, to enhance the recruitment efforts

Core Skills/experience

  • Experience of more than 2 years in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Executive Search, with at least 1 year dedicated to sales roles like Digital Sales, Field Sales, Business Consultant, SDR, KAM

  • Willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting

  • Can focus on clients and results while being well organized and thrive to communicate

  • You describe yourself as persistent, independent, and adaptable
