Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Backend Developer to tackle projects from the ground up, involving design and architecture. We are looking for someone who is technically proficient, enjoys taking on challenges, and is dedicated to contributing to the company’s growth and achievements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Being part of international projects from scratch
  • Coding and testing in the highest quality
  • Be part of the architecture decisions
  • Use best practices to refine the code
  • Actively participate in teamwork (Scrum, BE Tribe)
  • Lead and support team’s focus on technical OKRs
  • Actively contribute to elevating the technical knowledge of backend engineers
  • Drive technical debt and areas of improvements, making sure they are properly documented and taken into account when defining priorities
