Main Responsibilities

  • Identify, design, develop & deploy advanced ML solutions
  • Contribute to enhancing the overall ML architecture, infrastructure, data pipelines
  • Be responsible for crafting and implementing cutting-edge data products, ML models, and systems aimed at optimizing the user experience
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams within an Agile framework
  • Take the lead in defining and promoting best practices to create adaptable, high-performing AI models and systems that continuously evolve and improve
  • Will act as a mentor to the more junior members of the team

Core Skills/experience

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
  •  Possess 6+ years of experience, honing and developing the relevant skills required for this role, gained through work in a similar or related capacity
  • Have a high level of proficiency in Python, data structures and algorithms, and in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch
  • Experience with AWS cloud solutions like Lambda and SageMaker, as well as expertise in CI/CD tools like Jenkins and non-relational databases (NoSQL)
  • Exposure to platforms like Databricks, MLflow, and Jupyter notebooks
