They plan to open a new production plant in Felgueiras in 2025 and are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to play a pivotal role in establishing and developing the HR function. This position will be key to supporting the successful launch and growth of the facility. You’ll join the project from the ground up, using your expertise to make a meaningful impact and drive it to the next level!

Felgueiras
  • As the key site point of contact for HR, you will partner closely with line management to proactively identify organizational needs and implement impactful HR solutions
    Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational development, and team engagement initiatives
  • Drive the execution of recruitment and talent acquisition strategies, ensuring a diverse and high-quality workforce at all levels, particularly for the new factory
  • Manage the onboarding and orientation processes to create a smooth and positive experience for new employees
  • Oversee the application and execution of the full HR cycle, including on-boarding, off-boarding, performance management, and learning and development 
  • Promote and embed a desired workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values and vision
  • Ensure the effective implementation and management of HR systems and tools, such as payroll, employee data management, and attendance tracking 
  • Lead initiatives to promote employee wellbeing, including mental health and work-life balance programs
  • Maintain compliance with Portuguese labor laws and internal HR policies


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • +6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Exposure to building HR processes from scratch will be valued
  • Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to take full ownership and responsibility for HR functions at the site level, ensuring alignment with business goals and supporting operational success
  • Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor laws and regulations, and C&B practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to manage HR processes, systems, and tools efficiently
  • Ability to take initiative, be flexible and embrace and drive change
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and employee engagement
