Main Responsibilities

  • To bring the data solutions to market, you will collaborate with a team of helpful, dedicated, and creative product managers and data scientists. 
  • You build product release plans to guarantee that teams produce solutions that leverage client's cloud-based AI and machine learning-enhanced payroll, tax, HR, talent, or benefits solutions. 
  • You take leadership of your product, manage numerous teams' efforts, and be a deep listener capable of asking clarifying questions to assist your stakeholders grasp the challenge they are attempting to address..
  • You will record and prioritize product features. You are always learning and investigating new industry trends in order to improve the products.

Core Skills/experience

  • You've worked with Agile teams and are familiar with product delivery cycles.
  • You have experience measuring product effectiveness, reporting outcomes, and driving priorities.
  • You have 5-8 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.
  • Experience managing machine learning products.
