Main Responsibilities

To bring the data solutions to market, you will collaborate with a team of helpful, dedicated, and creative product managers and data scientists.
You build product release plans to guarantee that teams produce solutions that leverage client's cloud-based AI and machine learning-enhanced payroll, tax, HR, talent, or benefits solutions.
You take leadership of your product, manage numerous teams' efforts, and be a deep listener capable of asking clarifying questions to assist your stakeholders grasp the challenge they are attempting to address..
You will record and prioritize product features. You are always learning and investigating new industry trends in order to improve the products.

Core Skills/experience

You've worked with Agile teams and are familiar with product delivery cycles.
You have experience measuring product effectiveness, reporting outcomes, and driving priorities.
You have 5-8 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.
Experience managing machine learning products.
