In this role, you will lead a team, build and enhance client’s cloud-based payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions to help our customers save time, stay compliant, and manage costs.

Main Responsibilities

KPIs and metrics Together with the Data Science Directors, you will define metrics and KPIs to measure the success of our programs.
Align with business requirements. Bridging the technological and business needs. You will work with our Product Managers to understand the problems they are attempting to solve.
Leading the team: your analyses will serve as the foundation for our actions, providing evidence on what to do next and the most promising areas of opportunity.
Creating products in collaboration. As a member of a high-performing team of Data Scientists, you will contribute to the development of our solutions.

Core Skills/experience

A Bachelor Degree or Equivalent.
Excellent SQL skills
Scripting language, preferably Python
Experience in building Machine Learning models
Experience in Cloud environment (Azure-Databricks, AWS-Sagemaker)
It's even better if you have knowledge on distributed computing tools sch as Hadoop, Hive or Spark.
