In this role, you will lead a team, build and enhance client’s cloud-based payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions to help our customers save time, stay compliant, and manage costs.

  • Possibility to work remotely from other EU countries 4 weeks per year

Main Responsibilities

  • KPIs and metrics Together with the Data Science Directors, you will define metrics and KPIs to measure the success of our programs.
  • Align with business requirements. Bridging the technological and business needs. You will work with our Product Managers to understand the problems they are attempting to solve.
  • Leading the team: your analyses will serve as the foundation for our actions, providing evidence on what to do next and the most promising areas of opportunity.
  • Creating products in collaboration. As a member of a high-performing team of Data Scientists, you will contribute to the development of our solutions.

Core Skills/experience

  • A Bachelor Degree or Equivalent.
  • Excellent SQL skills
  • Scripting language, preferably Python
  • Experience in building Machine Learning models
  • Experience in Cloud environment (Azure-Databricks, AWS-Sagemaker)
  • It's even better if you have knowledge on distributed computing tools sch as Hadoop, Hive or Spark.
