We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a globally recognized manufacturing company. In this role, you will engage directly with customers and manage various tasks such as order process, logistics, and customer service. Your job will also be to ensure a smooth workflow, while keeping an eye on maintaining data precision and quality!

Main Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain strong customer relationships by high level service for both internal and external clients, while ensuring precise order processing through multiple channels
  • Manage the entire order fulfillment cycle, from sales entry to customer satisfaction and answer queries that occure during the process
  • Proactively engage with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Optimize service performance, solve complex order and inventory issues
  • Handle import/export, shipping and other necessary documentation
  • Maintaince of customer and material data within your scope

Core Skills/experience

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Management or similar experience within customer focussed organizations
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably on a manufacturing sector
  • Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module, including order management, pricing, and billing. Further SAP Modules such as MM, PP of additional benefit
  • Teamwork and good communication skills are key
