Main Responsibilities

Be part of the recruitment process and onboarding for new team members
Lead and guide a diverse team of SDRs for the UK market
Guarantee the highest quality performance of the team by identifying learning opportunity areas
Give and perform constant coaching and training
Work tightly together with the UK sales team to create synergy and goal alignment
Oversee day-to-day activity and performance of the team and ensuring KPIs
Ensure product formation and true alignment with the value and business vision of the product
Keep up the motivation and drive of the team

Core Skills/experience

Solid experience in Inside Sales and/or Customer Success in the Saas field
Team management background whilst improving daily sales KPIs
Sales-driven who has a proven outbound sales record
Has great motivation of leading an amazing team
Good organizational and communication skills
A goal-oriented personality who thinks outside the box, the sky is the limit!
