Main Responsibilities

  • Be part of the recruitment process and onboarding for new team members
  • Lead and guide a diverse team of SDRs for the UK market
  • Guarantee the highest quality performance of the team by identifying learning opportunity areas
  • Give and perform constant coaching and training
  • Work tightly together with the UK sales team to create synergy and goal alignment
  • Oversee day-to-day activity and performance of the team and ensuring KPIs
  • Ensure product formation and true alignment with the value and business vision of the product
  • Keep up the motivation and drive of the team

Core Skills/experience

  • Solid experience in Inside Sales and/or Customer Success in the Saas field
  • Team management background whilst improving daily sales KPIs
  • Sales-driven who has a proven outbound sales record
  • Has great motivation of leading an amazing team 
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • A goal-oriented personality who thinks outside the box, the sky is the limit!
