Main Responsibilities

  • Act as a bridge between the technical team and the clients
  • Delivery of high quality solutions depending on the clients needs
  • Configuration for HCM modules of HR
  • Solve deficiencies linked to Overtime processing schema rules, pay and time
  • Be part of projects related to HR with a cross-functional team to give support towards the delivery of services
  • Solve HCM and payroll deficiencies for internal and external client

Core Skills/experience

  • Good knowledge of SAP solutions
  • SAP experience in time management or payroll
  • Experience with HCM Spanish payroll
  • Advanced use of MS Office and other reporting tools
  • Good communication, well organised and decision-maker
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Must be able to travel every now and then
