Main Responsibilities

Act as a bridge between the technical team and the clients
Delivery of high quality solutions depending on the clients needs
Configuration for HCM modules of HR
Solve deficiencies linked to Overtime processing schema rules, pay and time
Be part of projects related to HR with a cross-functional team to give support towards the delivery of services
Solve HCM and payroll deficiencies for internal and external client

Core Skills/experience

Good knowledge of SAP solutions
SAP experience in time management or payroll
Experience with HCM Spanish payroll
Advanced use of MS Office and other reporting tools
Good communication, well organised and decision-maker
Problem solving and analytical skills
Must be able to travel every now and then
