Main Responsibilities

  • At interesting organizations, you will work on cutting-edge (international) development projects of varied degrees of complexity and technical concentration and contribute to our customers' HR transformation
  • By using additional technologies and software solutions like UI5, BTP, S/4HANA, or SuccessFactors, you help the customer stay future-proof
  • With us, there is neither technological standstill nor monotonous project work; instead, you can expect constantly evolving topics as well as constantly new challenges
  • You may serve as the (partial) project leader and give technical direction to our younger consultants in particular projects
  • A customized development plan as well as internal and external training courses will deepen your knowledge in the relevant coding languages and latest technologies
  • Your understanding of the pertinent coding languages and the latest technologies will increase thanks to a personalized growth plan and external and internal training sessions

Core Skills/experience

  • You have extensive professional expertise in ABAP and ABAP/OO-based application development
  • Ideally, you've worked with SAP HCM solutions and supporting HR procedures
  • Should you desire to improve customers' digitization, you should be known for your performance-driven approach to work and your commitment to your clients
  • You possess fast perceptual abilities in addition to intellectual and analytical abilities
  • You value collegiality, are a good communicator, and love working in a team
  • Your competence of the English language is excellent
