Our client is a fast-growing German start-up that offers a digital audit platform for their pharmaceutical and healthcare clients to achieve and maintain the highest quality standards across their supply chain. They are looking for a Sales & Enablement Manager who’s ready to take their sales team to the next level. In this role, you’ll design and implement effective sales training programs to improve their skills and performance, mentor new hires, and keep the team energized with the latest sales strategies and tools.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales training covering all aspects of the sales process (eg. object handling, forecasting, pipeline management, closing strategies, outbound strategy, etc)
  • Be in charge of the initial onboarding training for new hires and conduct regular performance assessments of the team to identify potential gaps and coaching requirements 
  • Enable continuous skill development sessions to keep the sales team equipped for success and updated on the latest trends 
  • Make sure the team meets the goals of the company and the expectations of the clients
  • Train the sales team on the effective use of tools such as CRM systems, Gong, Miro, and relevant technologies
  • Work with Team Leaders, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and integration of training with overall business goals 
  • Establish benchmarking standards to ensure consistency across teams and regions, and leverage geographical inputs to identify best practices and drive improvement across the organization
  • Encourage continuous learning and professional growth within the team, and adapt training programs to cover new industries, segments, and markets as the organization expands

Core Skills/experience

  • 3-4 years of experience leading a learning department (coaching, and developing sales teams, assessing training needs and developing training materials), preferably within a fast-growing organization. It's a plus if you have experience within the pharma and healthcare industries 
  • Previous experience as a individual sales contributor, with a proven track record of success
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes, techniques, best practices and a good handling of CRM systems and other tools
  • You have great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with various teams and stakeholders
