They are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator, to join their team in Barcelona!

Main Responsibilities

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will: 

  • Provide support for the day-to-day processing of business administration for liquid bulk/Cryoease and gases within the European merchant
  • Be the first point of contact and support for the commercial teams across different regions, liaising with individual members
  • Guarantee the maintenance of the systems (SAP and Salesforce Automation Data) through process integrity
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify improvement areas and optimization
  • Give support for pricing programs, when needed
  • Establish business relationships with other business areas
  • Liaise with business functional leadership teams

Core Skills/experience

  • Ideally 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer support role
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with different stakeholders
  • Proactive and positive mentality, with a strong sense of responsibility 
  • Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously, and work under pressure
  • A detail-oriented professional, with high organizational skills
  • A good command of Microsoft Office
  • SAP will be a plus
