Our client is a young, innovative, and leading European business in communication services, providing their clients with an interesting, fast, reliable, and cost-effective way of keeping in touch with their customers and staff. 

They are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Manager to ensure that the sales team is hitting its goals, while also contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies. You will report to the General Manager. Are you up to the challenge?

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a sales team in their day-to-day tasks and prospecting activities to achieve its revenue targets and growth plans
  • Support the team to manage the existing customer base of recurring revenue and grow those relationships to achieve desired year-on-year growth
  • Manage team performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members, by conducting 1:1's and group trainings to ensure attainment of KPI’s
  • Develop optimal strategies and processes across multi-technology platforms
  • Create, monitor and analyze metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Maintain comprehensive weekly reports on team results, activities, lead flow, pipeline building, etc
  • Join the team on quarterly business review calls with customers to identify new opportunities and protect existing revenue
  • Assist with drafting sales pitches, presentations, reference material, social media outreach, and other documents as required
  • Develop a high performance growth culture in the across the sales team to attract, develop and maintain leading sales talent

Core Skills/experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing a sales team’s performance closely, including coaching, training, and strategy development
  • +8 years of experience working in B2B sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Proven success running effective inbound and outbound sales campaigns across multiple industry sectors
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and reporting/analytics tools (Salesforce, Excel)
  • Experience in SaaS or with telecommunication/business messaging solutions is a big plus 
  • Experience recruiting, training and coaching sales professionals
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team 
  • An effective “hands-on” approach, continually participating in sales calls and providing feedback, coaching and training to improve performance
  • Highly analytical and data driven being able to understand mechanics of the sales funnel and how to develop sales process and people to achieve desired results
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
