Our client, an innovative and rapidly expanding international company in the corporate travel industry, is seeking a motivated Sales Executivto contribute to the continued growth and success of their sales team. With a strong focus on sustainability and technology-driven services, this company helps businesses enhance their travel management through dynamic, forward-thinking solutions.

Barcelona
  • Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signature, focusing on building strong client relationships during the first year
  • Identify and target new clients in the Nordic market through strategic research and prospecting activities
  • Execute outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other channels to engage potential clients across multiple roles (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers)
  • Present live demos of the platform to qualified prospects, leading the negotiation process from initial demo to contract finalization
  • Accurately forecast sales revenue, providing visibility into your deal pipeline and key metrics
  • Work closely with SDRs and the sales team, proactively proposing strategies, campaigns, and actions to optimize the sales process and drive growth. Collaborate on setting quarterly and annual OKRs with senior leadership
  • At least 1 year in a similar role or 2+ years of experience as a top-performing SDR.
  • Ability to take ownership of personal performance and outcomes
  • Willingness to propose value-driven solutions and continuously seek improvement
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
