Our client is an industry-leading organization in 3D printing technology sales and they are now looking for a Sales Development Representative with a native level of Polish to join their team in Barcelona. 

In this role, you will maintain close collaboration with marketing and sales teams, implement nurturing campaigns and pursue new accounts by engaging in proactive prospecting, meeting objectives by generating leads and opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Meet predefined objectives by efficiently generating leads and opportunities through strategic prospecting tactics
  • Proactively pursue new client accounts through targeted prospecting across various channels
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on marketing initiatives to nurture responses and convert leads into prospects
  • Manage activities and outcomes using CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and analysis
  • Create and execute captivating nurturing initiatives to maintain ongoing interaction with leads and prospects, thereby boosting conversion possibilities
  • Foster collaboration with the sales team, providing support in lead conversion and opportunity management

Core Skills/experience

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or consulting involving engagement with C-level executives
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for joining the sales team and the 3D printing sector
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a sales-related role
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and driven towards achieving goals
  • Analytical capabilities
  • Familiarity with the 3D printing market is considered a valuable asset
  • Completion of a Bachelor's or Master's Degree
