Our client is a fast-growing German start-up that offers a digital audit platform for their pharmaceutical and healthcare clients to achieve and maintain the highest quality standards across their supply chain. They are looking for a hands-on Sales Development Representative to find new business opportunities, and book meetings with potential clients for the Account Executives to close.

  • Native level of German

  • Run outreach campaigns and generate leads through different tools and resources, using email, phone, and social media 
  • Qualifying new leads over a phone call, making sure that the BANT requirements are met
  • Understand the needs of the target prospects and passionately articulate the value that the company's platform provides, booking demos for the Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in their CRM (HubSpot)
  • Work closely with the Operations and Quality team members to ensure excellent service delivery
  • 1+ year of experience as an SDR (outbound prospecting), ideally within pharma industry but not a must
  • Previous experience with the DACH market is a plus

  • You have great communication and presentation skills and really thrive in a client-facing role
