We are seeking dedicated RPO Talent Acquisition Specialists or Freelance Recruiters to collaborate with us on several projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with a particular focus on delivering high-quality candidates for specific projects. This role involves working closely with our clients to understand their unique hiring needs and supporting them in implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their recruitment needs, culture, and business goals.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.

  • Screening and Selection: Manage the full recruitment cycle according to our client’s project-based needs, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to offering negotiation and onboarding of national and international candidates

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the specific needs of each project.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure timely delivery of recruitment solutions.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and project status.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve recruitment processes and strategies continuously.

Core Skills/experience

  • At least 2 years experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, preferably in RPO or similar environments

  • Experience in sourcing and recruiting a variety of roles across industries (international recruitment is a plus)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic settings

  • High proficiency in English (Spanish and additional languages are a big plus)

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is ideal

  • Passion for recruitment and talent selection, with a customer-oriented approach

  • Being highly organized and able to handle multiple recruitment processes at once
