Are you a dynamic, enthusiastic and open-minded individual who is interested in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition? We are on the lookout for a talented Intern to join our international team and contribute to our vibrant work environment.

As our Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of talent acquisition while utilizing your language skills to support our Spanish-speaking clientele. You will work closely with our experienced team of Recruiters, gaining hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.

Main Responsibilities

  • Writing and placing engaging job advertisements on various job portals and social media
  • Taking over the active sourcing and headhunting of candidates 
  • Managing and conducting different types of interviews in Spanish & English
  • Creating and maintaining a long-lasting relationship with candidates 
  • Being able to manage the entire recruitment process
  • Working with your colleagues on a variety of tasks and projects

Core Skills/experience

  • Bachelor's degree; university agreement for a 6 months internship
  • People-oriented, able to engage with candidates and clients 
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • A keen interest in talent acquisition and human resources
  • Sales-oriented attitude, able to work with targets
