Main Responsibilities

Writing and placing job advertisements on various job portals and social media
Taking over the active sourcing and headhunting of candidates
Managing and conducting different types of interviews in Spanish & English
Creating and maintaining a long-lasting relationship with candidates
Being able to manage the entire recruitment process and onboarding
Working with your colleagues on a variety of tasks and projects

Core Skills/experience

Bachelor's degree; university agreement for a 6 months internship
People-oriented, able to engage with candidates and clients
Sales-oriented attitude, able to work with targets
Interest in the Human Resource field
