As a Process Engineer you will join the manufacturing team of a leading start-up in medical device creation.  As a Process Engineer, you will work on assignments that combine technical actions with activities to ensure accuracy.



  • Full professional level of English
  • Spanish is a plus

Main Responsibilities

  • Work together with the rest of the manufacturing team in the cleanroom and other laboratories. Use of various equipment (RIE, photolithography set up, wet etching, etc)
  • Managing technical documentation, procedures control and update, realizing technical reports

  • Visually inspect parts throughout the job run and provide with ideas to improve production rates

  • Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to the direct supervisor and perform risk assessments

  •  Developing best practices to ensure product quality

  •  Schedule and monitor the manufacturing process together with the rest of the team, including continuous support to technicians

  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with the Manufacturing Manager and other team members to provide technical support

Core Skills/experience

  • A technical degree in Physics, Physical Engineering, Materials Science, Electronics, or other relevant subject is required

  • Hands-on experience in cleanroom

  • Knowledge of micro and nanofabrication processes

  • Experience in thin film manufacturing techniques

  • Experience in manufacturing processes and quality control for medical devices will be especially valued

  • Time management and organization skills

  • Project management and supervision skills
