As an Office Manager and HR support, you will ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis and will support us with general administrative and HR-related tasks. You will also be responsible for coordinating office activities, and creating a positive and organized work environment for our team. 

Languages

  • Full professional level of Spanish & English 
  • Any other language is a plus

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities 
  • Direct contract and price negotiations with office vendors and providers
  • Work closely with the Finance Department, managing the office invoices 
  • Maintain and track office management expenses and budgets
  • Being the main point of contact for all internal and external inquiries 
  • Plan and execute team building, training, and internal events
  • Administrative support for Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Welcoming guests & new employees into the office and ensuring a good experience
  • Ensure good internal communication by announcing internal events, training, important news, etc.
  • Be a key role to ensure the best employee experience

Core Skills/experience

  • At least 1-2 year experience as an Office Manager 
  • Previous exposure in HR related topics 
  • Outstanding communication skills 
  • Having a flexible personality that can work with a diverse team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • A mindset that is people- and solution-oriented
  • You are proactive and have good problem-solving skills, with attention to detail 
  • In a team you are a player who inspires trust and is ready to take initiative with a fun team
  • Genuine interest in the mission of Babel Profiles and be part of a team that comes up with innovative solutions
