  • Native or full professional level of German
  • Intermediate level of English 
  • Intermediate level of Spanish is a plus

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle transport claims in an independent way, by gathering all information needed, using the internal system to receive, process, and manage the end-to-end claim lifecycle in a timely manner
  • Collect accurate information and documents to resolve the claim, by communicating with all relevant parties
  • Analyze claims, and evaluate their validity
  • Manage all administration aspects of the claim, monitoring its progress and keeping the files up to date
  • Support the manager in analyzing claim trends, identifying potential problems, and providing insights to improve transportation services

Core Skills/experience

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in claims administration and/or the transportation/logistics industry is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office 
  • Strong communication skills, with great attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workloads
  • Flexible, multitasker, and adaptable to changes
  • Proactive and able to work independently, but still a team player
