You would be a great fit if you speak native Dutch or French, have excellent communication skills and have a passion for traveling.


  • Native level of French or Dutch
  • Full professional level of English

Main Responsibilities

  • Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
  • With your strong understanding of travel policies you will guide and provide consultation to the customer
  • Provide the customer with the required information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
  • Supporting the company and client-driven initiatives
  • Managing the system by taking initiatives to improve performance and reliability according to policies and procedures.

Core Skills/experience

  • Previous customer service experience (ideally in fast-paced environments)
  • Proven experience going above and beyond to provide an amazing service to help customers
  • Good prioritization and focus skills
  • Empathy - understand what our customers need
  • Knowledge of any GDS is a big plus
