We do things differently and, for this reason, we are looking for a new member of our team, a Junior Tech Recruitment Consultant who feels motivated  and excited to start a professional career in the Talent Acquisition area, and learn to design creative strategies to find the most talented “techies” on the market.

Main Responsibilities

  • You will learn to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles from entry to senior-level tech roles, from sourcing new candidates to closing recruitment processes. We trust you and your skills!
  • You will be responsible for your own Recruitment Processes and building long-lasting, strong relationships, creating your own network inside Barcelona & Spanish markets 
  • Attract and engage the best tech talents for our clients by finding adequate profiles according to the client’s needs. We focus on quality, not quantity
  • Coach candidates during the recruitment process helping them identify best practices, and being their Go-To-Person when they require you, offering them the best candidate experience
  • You are passionate about technology and digital transformation, so you will stay on top of the news on the Tech sector and hiring trends
  • You will design and publish creative job offers on diferent platforms to capture the attention of candidates
  • You will keep our ATS up to date, reflecting the status of each of the processes you manage and all the information collected from interviews with candidates
  • Collaborate of one our internal R+D teams, who work enthusiastically of our continues improvement of our methodology and internak processes

Core Skills/experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education 
  • Previous experience as an intern in sourcing or TA teams (6 months). Experience in searching of technological profiles will be valued
  • Approachable hands-on attitude who wants to learn more about the industry and continue developing their career in recruitment
  • Ability to build successful relationships at all levels by utilizing a personable touch
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • A humble team player who inspires trust and is ready to take the initiative with a fun team
  • Genuine interest in the mission of Babel Profiles and being part of a team that comes up with innovative solutions
