Main Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and support for personal computing and printing products
  • Assist sales teams and address customer inquiries
  • Explain product benefits and regulations
  • Conduct training sessions for other departments on systems/ products and solutions
  • Manage technical issues and collaborate with various resources 
  • Maintain high-quality customer service and competence in technical skills

Core Skills/experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical/engineering field or computer science; or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in computer and printing technologies, including hardware, software, operating systems, and networking
  • Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking, organization, teamwork, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
  • Highly tech-savvy, with a strong desire to learn and the ability to work autonomously
  • Very good communication skills
