The Implementation team is in charge of the technical configuration required for the implementation of these services and they are looking for someone data-oriented to join their team!

As an Integration Specialist, you will be in charge of carrying out the configuration required by the clients, based on the performed analysis and providing technical support. 


  • Native level of Spanish
  • Intermediate level of English

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze client's specific documentation, assess its viability, and seek technical solutions to meet requirements
  • Be responsible for the configuration of systems/applications according to client's requests
  • Be part of working teams to gather information on client’s requirements
  • Identify potential errors before moving the implementation to a regular service
  • Upload data into the Payroll engine to enable appropriate calculations to be run
  • Identify and register technical issues that need to be escalated to other departments for resolution.
  • Do incident analysis to identify possibly issues, and root cause analysis in order to solve it 

Core Skills/experience

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar technical support position.
  • Technical degree of medium or higher level
  • Advanced knowledge of EXCEL 
  • Knowledge of payroll and HR applications and programs (it’s a plus)
  • Experience in payroll implementation, having carried out the implementation of the payroll platform.
