Main Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads and inform potential clients of companies' services. 
  • Develop optimal solutions for customers' needs. 
  • Qualify the lead and transfer it to the account management team.
  • Recommend improvements that will positively impact sales and efficiency,
  • Meet key performance indicators (customer satisfaction, productivity, and deal volume).
  • Accurately record notes clearly in all relevant systems.

Core Skills/experience

  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Sales attitude/mindset.
  • Results-driven person. 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
