  • Native level of Finnish
  • Full professional level of English (as you will be working partly for the South African market)

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads and suggest the most appropriate office-solution according to their needs
  • Qualify the lead and transfer it to the account management team
  • Recommend improvements that will positively impact sales and efficiency
  • Meet key performance indicators (customer satisfaction, productivity, and deal volume)
  • Accurately record notes clearly in all relevant systems

Core Skills/experience

  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Capacity to work for both the Finnish and the South African market
  • Sales attitude/mindset
  • Results-driven person
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
