Our client is an international Fintech with revolutionary solutions for businesses in Belgium, their Inside Sales department is looking for people with a passion for Sales to join their team.

You will be working for an innovative and dynamic company. Our client is looking for a passionate, motivated, and innovative Sales Representative to develop new leads, close deals, and help evolve the market position. You will be responsible to handle each call following the guidelines provided with respect to the introduction, question-asking, and closing techniques and qualify the lead to obtain all the relevant information.

  • Full Professional level of Spanish
  • Professional level of English

Main Responsibilities

  • Telephone sales and contact with companies that are already interested in our solution to present our services to them
  • Manage customer requests and respond to their emails and questions. 
  • Determine business eligibility using available resources
  • Help companies register on the platform and submit their invoices
  • Administrative support to verify the compliance of the documents received. Identify and prioritize customer requests and needs
  • Follow incoming files and company verification protocol
  • Building long-lasting relationships with clients

Core Skills/experience

  • Native level of French, Professional level of Spanish and English
  • Commercial and customer-oriented personality
  • Be able to establish a relationship of trust with your interlocutors, understand their concerns and answer their questions
  • Persevering, you know how to convince customers
