In 2025, they will open a new production plant in Felgueiras and are seeking an Industrial Quality Engineer to ensure quality control of project industrialization activities, maintaining high standards throughout the process. You will be part of this project from the very beginning, leveraging your expertise to make a significant impact and drive it to the next level!

Portugal Remote
  • Challenge product and process designs to ensure robustness in product assembly and optimize manufacturability
  • Define qualification criteria within equipment specifications to align with quality and performance requirements
  • Qualify manufacturing equipment and facilitate its handover to the production team
  • Act as a guarantor of the PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) methodology, ensuring its effective implementation and continuous improvement
  • Adapt processes efficiently to meet production goals and maintain consistent performance metrics
  • Work across various technologies, with a particular focus on mechatronics, to support innovative solutions in industrialization
  • Lead initiatives with a direct impact on process performance, addressing issues promptly and effectively 


  • Degree in Engineering or related field (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering)
  • 5+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical assembly processes 
  • Mastery of quality tools like PFMEA and Control Plan development
  • Proficiency in quality tools such as Process Flow Diagram; and 8D problem-solving methodology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to challenge designs and propose innovative, robust solutions
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
  • Ability to travel up to 15%
