Main Responsibilities

  • Managing the company’s attendance tool, annual leave, and bank holidays to ensure all data is accurately reflected in the HR system
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives 
  • Supporting HR reporting and assisting the HR Manager with projects, including internal initiatives and legal procedures like the Plan de Igualdad, Plan de Acoso, and Plan LGBTQ+
  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires and manage their information in the HR system
  • Improve current initiatives and bring the HR function to the next level  

Core Skills/experience

  • A degree in HR, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a similar field
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a related field 
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish labor laws and regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful, proactive, and an out-of-the-box thinker to keep driving improvements
  • A great team player with stealer communication and interpersonal skills
