  • Define and implement talent policies: acquisition, development, promotion, internal mobility, job evaluation and strategic planning
  • Define and implement salary and social benefits policies, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness and alignment with the organization's strategic objectives
  • Analyze and design organizational charts, structures and functions of the different departments to optimize the organization
  • Manage and supervise activities related to personnel administration, guaranteeing adequate compliance with labor benefits and current regulations
  • Lead labor relations with the Works Council and employees, representing the company in negotiations and collective agreements to establish the most appropriate labor framework at the national level
  • Provide legal advice on everything related to Labor Law, acting as a lawyer representing the Company before the Courts and the Public Labor Administration to ensure effective defense of the Company's legal labor interests
  • Manage strategic labor legal processes
  • Lead cultural change projects
  • Oversee the strategic internal communications plan to foster employee engagement and improve perception of the company as a great place to work in external surveys
  • Responsible for ensuring safe and healthy working conditions to protect the safety and health of employees
  • Corporate Social Responsibility Manager, leading Sustainability and ESG initiatives, with the mission of defining and executing a global project that generates a positive impact on the environment and society in a sustainable and ethical manner
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology
  • Master’s or Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, People Management, or Strategic HR Management
  • 6+ years of experience in HR Management positions
  • Experience in the motor sector or similar 
  • Experience in environments with active works councils, where labor law issues are a central focus
  • The following soft skills would be essential: Leadership, Communication, Negotiation Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Problem-Solving, Conflict Resolution, Decision-Making, Influencing and Persuasion
