They are now seeking, to join their team in Barcelona, a motivated Client Service Consultant to assist and act as the 1st point of contact for their Dutch-speaking clients who have questions about the HCM solution. Are you up for this adventure?

Main Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking clients seeking assistance with iHCM software
  • Engage with HR and Payroll staff (90% of interactions)
  • Utilize multiple channels to communicate with the client
  • Properly address client inquiries and find suitable solutions

  • Passion for providing exceptional customer support and taking pleasure in addressing customer inquiries
  • Strong team player, collaborating effectively with various departments
  • Proficient at prioritizing diverse ticket types, ensuring critical issues are handled promptly
  • Clear and assertive communicator
  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning, showcasing curiosity and interest in HR-related topics
