Our client is a SaaS company that has been developing internal search engines for e-commerce since 2011. Providing easily applicable software, our client’s mission has been to help businesses grow by selling their products online more efficiently. To ensure the success and growth in the French market, the company is looking for a Growth Customer Success Manager. 

They are looking for a dynamic individual with outstanding abilities in customer relations, negotiation, and business skills. If you’re fueled by a passion for customer growth and advocacy, with a proven history of exceeding expectations, we want to hear from you! 


  • Native or full professional level of French
  • Full professional level of English or Spanish

Main Responsibilities

  • Create tailored delivery approaches to enhance the customer journey, aiming to boost product adoption, elevate satisfaction levels, and improve overall customer health scores
  • Proactively discover and pursue fresh opportunities for upselling to enhance the value and duration of customer relationships
  • Act as a committed advocate for customers, actively influencing the development of our products and platform features to align with their success and satisfaction objectives
  • Streamline communication channels to capture and relay customer feedback internally, fostering ongoing enhancements throughout our product and service offerings
  • Establish genuine, enduring connections with customers, serving as a dependable partner in their advancement and ensuring exceptional satisfaction levels
  • Exceed company upselling objectives, and contribute to the formulation and execution of best practices, procedures, and tools

Core Skills/experience

  • At least 5+ years of experience in roles such as account management, customer success, consulting, or similar positions
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, proven through successful negotiation and strategic implementation
  • Skilled in managing influence through persuasive communication, negotiation, and consensus-building techniques
  • Expertise in business operations, including a strong command of HubSpot, report generation, and dashboard construction
  • A genuine understanding of customer needs, coupled with a strong drive for revenue growth and a deep comprehension of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in SaaS environments or e-commerce
