They are now looking for a keen-eyed Global Demand Planner with excellent communication and organizational skills to join their team in Barcelona!

Main Responsibilities

  • Be in charge of leading the regular sales forecast and detecting main deviations in the sales forecast vs the budget.
  • Analyze data and processes to detect any inefficiency. Highlight risks and opportunities to increase productivity.
  • Manage the Global Sales and Operations Meeting with Global Brands, Global Finance and Global Supply Planning and provide inputs for the Strategic Sales and Operation Planning Process
  • Ensure a proper global sizing and phasing of launches and promotional goods by benchmarking with the brand expectations
  • Coordinate the launches and promotional items, global forecasting, and generate the forecast for Rest of the World according to the best base forecast and by adding the marketing intelligence
  • Manage the communication and feedback with the Local Demand Planning Community

Core Skills/experience

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Demand Planner or minimum of 7 years of experience in other Supply Chain areas. Experience in the cosmetic industry is very valuable
  • Degree in Engineering, Administration, or similar. Master in Supply Chain is a plus
  • Tools: advanced proficiency in Microsoft Package, in particular Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in SAP, JDA, APO, or similar planning tools is mandatory
  • Have a result driven approach, high analytical profile and a holistic vision
  • Present excellent team management and communication skills, be organized and used to deliver results on time
