Main Responsibilities


  • Supporting the GA Process Owner in the definition of standards and ensuring cross-product / cross-functional end-to-end finance processes. 
  • Working independently on projects and new topics.
  • Support the automatization of accounting processes to be more efficient. 
  • Validation of dependencies on GA processes within new business models. 
  • Creation and updating of process documentation and training documents. 
  • Analyzing and coordination of new country onboardings into the GBS in Barcelona.

Core Skills/experience

  • A degree related to finance or some years of professional expertise
  • 1-2 year experience in general accounting 
  • Knowledge of MMS accounting processes 
  • Practical experience in project and process management
  • Extended knowledge of MS Office  
  • previous experience in SAP is a big plus
  • Willingness to travel
