Main Responsibilities

  • Developing employer relations, career advising/counseling
  • Increasing the visibility and support of the program and coordinating the delivery of career workshops and Company Meetings with employability partners
  • Innovation of existing services and creative problem-solving

  • Evaluation and analysis of professional opportunities creating networking opportunities
  • Maintenance and extension of agreements with entities;
  • Contact Headhunters, talent acquisition specialists, recruitment specialist consultants 
  • Organization of career events and projects
  • Help students define their career goals and provide achievable opportunities in line with their seniority and aspirations



Core Skills/experience

  • Bachelor / Laurea Magistrale (Psychology, Humanities, Sociology, Philosophy, Linguistics, International Relations, or similar)
  • Experience in career coaching or life coaching is a strong plus
  • Experience in the Higher Education sector or in areas of HR
  • Good communication skills and time management 
  • Empathy and adaptability 
  • Data analysis and strategic planning
  • Proficient in MS Office, Drive and Excel
  • Knowledge of database administration
