With app developers and publishers as clients worldwide, they have 3 Hubs (Warsaw, Barcelona, and Virginia) and are now looking for a several profiles od Data Scientist and Machine Learning Engineers to join their team in Barcelona.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights, independently solving complex data-related problems
  • Design and develop end-to-end data science solutions, from initial analysis and model development to deployment, optimizing for performance and scalability. This includes creating models tailored to optimizing ad targeting, bid strategies, and campaign performance analysis
  • Collaborate with both technical and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions and insights, particularly focusing on enhancing advertising effectiveness and ROI
  • Maintain and optimize existing data processing pipelines and machine learning models, with a strong emphasis on applications within the ad-tech ecosystem, ensuring high efficiency and alignment with dynamic market trends

Core Skills/experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data science, preferably in a product-focused environment.
  • 2+ years experience in AdTech.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Experience with manipulation frameworks such as PySpark and Pandas
  • Skilled at using cloud services such as AWS etc.
  • Hands-on experience in DNN models training libraries and frameworks (pytorch, hydra, comet etc.)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Residency in Barcelona or willingness to relocate to Barcelona
